By downloading, installing, or using the VALSYNC application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

VALSYNC is an independent, unofficial companion application for Riot Games' Valorant. The App provides access to game-related data and social features through Riot Games' official API, in accordance with Riot's developer policies.

VALSYNC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Valorant and all related marks, logos, and assets are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. The App operates under Riot's API terms and community developer guidelines.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Riot Games account credentials
  • Using the App in compliance with Riot Games' Terms of Service
  • Ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run the App
  • Not using the App for cheating, exploiting, or any activity that violates Riot Games' policies

VALSYNC does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to third parties. Your Riot authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using Android Keystore-backed AES encryption. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

The VALSYNC application, including its source code, name, and logo, is proprietary. VALSYNC is not open source, and all rights are reserved by the VALSYNC project. The source code may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative works without express written permission. All Riot Games trademarks, including Valorant and associated assets, remain the property of Riot Games, Inc.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data displayed. Game data depends on Riot Games' API availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VALSYNC and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, game account issues, or indirect damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or Riot Games' policies. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
